| Bio: | Let's get one thing straight from the get-go... you will notice that my name, "Jon_Lacks_An_H," contains a misspelling of the name John. This is intentional. You see, my name's not John. It's Jon.
I was born Jon. It's not an unusual name... it's short for Jonathan. When you say my name, there is no silent H to skip over. It's just Jon. I've tried to help reinforce that by including something in my handle to remind you that I did not misspell my own moniker. See, when it says, "Jon Lacks An H," it means that the name Jon isn't supposed to contain the letter H. See... it's Jon. Jay-oh-enn. You could say that my name lacks an H.
No, having people misspell my name isn't something that keeps me up at night, but it's always funny to see somebody who's been working with me for months reply to an e-mail and actually insert the letter H into my signature in the original letter.
It's just nice when people figure it out... that's actually my name.
